Rule 106
Things to be disclosed in the petition
(1) When submitting a petition to the court, if there is a provision in the prevailing law, and in case there is no such provision, the following things should be mentioned and given in the format as per Schedule-9:-
(a) Applicant's full name, surname and address,
(b) Subject sought in the application,
(c) the name and section of the relevant law,
(d) If there is an application related to the case, the year of the case, the number of the case and the court where the case is located.
(2) In an application to extract a missal or document in any court, the following should be disclosed as far as possible:-
(a) The name of the base where the missile or missile is located,
(b) Missilwa file number, name,
(c) Date of Missilwa writing paper,
(d) Missile or other introductory details of written documents (e) Other necessary details.
(3) If an application has been made before on a certain subject and later an application is to be made again for the same matter or for the same purpose, the fact that the application was made earlier and if there is any order on it should also be clearly mentioned in the last application.
